Let me take this opportunity to thank your consultants for the help and support in helping us solve our supplemental insurance problem.  After many calls to my former employer, Bell South, now AT&T, I realized this was the year to make a change for my husband who qualifies for Medicare.  We got involved with a Medicare Advantage Plan and this didn’t work at all like it had been explained.

After calling them several times with no satisfaction, and out of desperation I called our local pharmacist who suggested that I call or log onto MyPartDusa.com.  He assured me there were plans that we could live with but that we might have to wait for the normal enrollment period.  That is when your consultant called me back from that referral.  He was just my kind of person, willing to listen and gently explained what we could expect.  After several calls and specific instructions, we are now released from the Medicare Advantage Plan and on a Traditional Medicare Supplement with a stand alone Part D drug plan.  This seems to be exactly what we were looking for when we left the group coverage that we had for about 45 years with my employer.  The wonderful thins, of course, is that this happened within the month of May 2008, so that it all became effective on June 1, 2008.

Every time I spoke to your consultant I knew he really cared about what had happened.  I supervised Service Reps at the telephone company for the last 15 years that I worked and I recognize good service when I see it.  You are blessed to have such good consultants!  I thank My Part D USA for all the help you provided.  In August of 2009, I will be 65 and qualify for Medicare myself.  Expect another call then, Ya’ll are the best!
