ARE YOU ON MEDICARE DISABILITY?
- What do you have to help you with your doctors and hospitals?
In some states, a Medicare Supplement may not be available to you based on the affordability, your eligibility, or your existing health conditions may prevent you from getting through underwriting.
You still need good affordable, quality health insurance, and a Medicare Advantage Plan may be best for you. The only health condition that would prevent you from obtaining this valuable coverage is ESRD. (end-stage renal disease)
There are many different types of Medicare Advantage Plans, some would include your drugs, dental, and vision benefits. For more information, please call the Medicare Advantage Plan enrollment center to talk with someone about all your options.

Please visit MyPartDusa.com for your Medicare Drug Plan Comparison. We hope you find it helpful in making an informed decision for your 2010 drug plan selection.
As you all know our policy is that the best coverage is a Medicare/Medigap Supplement and stand alone drug plan. However, for people on disability or who absolutely cannot afford the premium on these plans or they do not have a Supplement for disability available in their state…a Medicare Advantage Plan is the only option.

There are only 3 ways you can get Medicare coverage if you are under 65.
In addition to being a U.S. citizen or having your resident visa, and having lived in the U.S. for five years in a row; you must fall into one of the following categories:
1. Have a disability and be receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) for more than 24 months;
2. Be diagnosed with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD);
3. Be diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
Note: Because Social Security eligibility rules are complex, you should call Social Security at 800-772-1213 to get the most accurate information regarding your particular situation.
AFTER YOU BEGIN YOUR MEDICARE DISABILITY BENEFITS, MY PART D USA CAN HELP YOU FIND A PART D PLAN THAT WILL COVER ALL YOUR DRUGS AND HELP YOU FIND LOW-COST OR NO PREMIUM HEALTH CARE COVERAGE.
YOU MAY ALSO BE ELIGIBLE FOR PART D DRUG ASSISTANCE WHICH MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE NO PREMIUM OR “DONUT HOLE”.
MANY PEOPLE ON MEDICARE DISABILITY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THESE VERY IMPORTANT BENEFITS THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE TO THEM. YOU CAN CALL US FOR MORE INFORMATION TOLL FREE:
